A recent agreement was signed for an intelligent manufacturing base for outdoor equipment in an outdoor industrial park in Zhejiang Province. The project, with a total investment of 800 million yuan and covering 150 mu (approximately 10 hectares), will establish six automated production lines, focusing on the production of outdoor lighting equipment and emergency rescue gear, with an expected annual production capacity of 1 million units. The base will introduce technologies such as intelligent cutting and laser welding to achieve digital control of the entire outdoor equipment production process, keeping the product defect rate below 0.05%. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate over 3 billion yuan in annual revenue, attracting eight upstream and downstream supporting enterprises and promoting the development of a regional outdoor equipment industry cluster.
